Samantha Sullivan is an experienced Digital Marketer with nearly a decade of specialization in the legal industry. As Harrity’s Director of Digital Marketing, Samantha effectively manages all firm social media channels, email communications, website design and infrastructure, event coordination, market research, SEO optimization, and public relations. Samantha also assists with the writing and editing of firm blogs, articles, press releases, and additional communications, while overseeing the Marketing Team.
She also Co-Chairs Harrity’s Recruiting Committee and serves as the frontline communicator for all attorney and agent recruiting and hiring processes, following a Topgrading Methodology and implementing innovative touch points throughout each phase.
Samantha is passionate about and committed to outreach efforts in both charity and diversity, serving on Harrity’s Charity Committee and as Secretary of the Diversity Committee. Samantha helps to implement Harrity 4 Charity’s many initiatives, actively participates in and promotes philanthropic events, and garners firm-wide support for various significant causes. She has served on the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s annual Lawyer’s Have Heart event since 2019. Samantha is also heavily involved in each of the firm’s diversity programs, helping to create, coordinate, advertise, and execute initiatives including the Harrity Academy™, Harrity for Parity Annual Women’s Workshop, Patent Pathways, and the Minority Firm Incubator.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity in 2019, Samantha served as the Director of Marketing at Federal Employee Defense Services (FEDS), where she oversaw all marketing efforts, managed firm booths at conferences throughout the country, obtained her insurance license, and assisted with legal work on behalf of federal employees. She additionally has experience as a Professional Recruiter at Insight Global, where she specialized in filling niche openings for Fortune 100 clients, including Verizon, Turner Broadcasting, and HP.
Samantha is an avid animal lover and enjoys volunteering at animal shelters and rescues.
