Laura Lee is a patent attorney with extensive experience relating to preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of electrical and mechanical technologies, such as display panels, fuel cells/batteries, semiconductors, optics, software, automotive technology, robotics, ceramics, alloys, and nanotechnology.
Laura has been involved in licensing and litigation of patents involving electrical devices, mechanical devices, and software, and has prepared numerous reexamination requests and participated in the resulting reexamination proceedings. Laura has also traveled extensively to Asia to counsel clients on intellectual property and to discuss licensing and litigation with adverse parties.
Laura formerly worked as an associate and counsel at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC (formerly Burns Doane Swecker & Mathis), as well as senior patent counsel at Shore Chan Bragalone & DePumpo LLP and Navarro Huff PLLC.
Laura is also a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the Patent Office, Laura examined patent applications in the area of structural material devices.
