Our Professionals
Joseph Lentivech has prosecuted and drafted patent applications in a wide variety of technical fields, including wireless telecommunication, utility network power distribution technologies, software and web-based applications, and the mechanical arts. Furthermore, Joe has conducted patentability investigations, prepared freedom to operate and validity opinions, has conducted infringement analysis opinions, and has prepared and reviewed licensing and assignment documents for the transfer of intellectual property rights.
Joe was formerly an intellectual property attorney at Brouse McDowell, L.P.A., a general practice law firm, in their office in Akron, OH, where he focused on patent preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign applications. Additionally, Joe was responsible for preparation and prosecution of state and federal trademark applications and preparation and prosecution of federal copyright applications. Prior to attending law school, Joe served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps.
