Harrity & Harrity, LLP is an Intellectual Property (IP) Boutique Firm located in Fairfax, Virginia, within a short drive of the U.S Patent and Trademark Office. Harrity & Harrity, LLP maintains a professional staff of IP attorneys and patent agents to service all of our clients’ needs. Many of the firm’s professional staff hold degrees in computer and software engineering, physics, mechanical and electrical engineering, and many other fields.

Our Firm prides itself on consistently delivering high quality through the use of a second attorney review process and a uniform writing style that’s tailored to our clients’ needs. The second attorney review is not just lip service, but includes a thorough review of the matter and will include as many internal reviews, of the matter, as is necessary until an expected level of quality is met. That level of quality is the high standard of quality expected by our Firm and more importantly, a level of quality that is expected by our clients. As a result of our quality processes, our Firm typically receives very favorable feedback, on our work product, from inventors and in-house counsel.

EXPERIENCE
Most of our attorneys are former Patent Examiners who have gained valuable experience at some of the leading intellectual property law firms in the country. Having experience at both ends of the patent process gives our attorneys a distinct advantage in today's competitive intellectual property market.
