David Nelson's practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. David has represented patent clients in a wide variety of technical fields, including wireless communication devices and standards, medical devices, optical communication devices and standards, computer networking and routing, computer memory and processors, computer software algorithms, and business methods. David has also provided opinions on infringement and validity of patents.
Prior to joining Harrity & Harrity, LLP, David was with Baker & McKenzie, Rothwell Figg, Hogan & Hartson LLP, and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.
