Brian Ledell is a patent attorney with extensive experience relating to patenting electronic technology and computer hardware and software. Brian has additionally been involved in analyzing electronic and computer related patents for infringement and validity and in negotiating and drafting licenses for patents.
Brian formerly worked as an associate at the law firm of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett, & Dunner, and later at Pillsbury, Madison, & Sutro (now Pillsbury, Winthrop).
Brian is also a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. At the Patent Office, Brian examined patent applications in the area of computer instruction processing and computer networking.
